"good value"
We have stayed 3 nights at the dma pavilion. It's well located, not too far from the airport and all shopping malls of Siam are on a short distance. We had a deluxe room located on the 17th floor. The view on Bangkok was great. First they gave us a smoking room while we shecked for a non smoking. They accepted to change after request. The room was clean, comfortable and recently refurbished. Breakfast is correct. The swimming pool located on the 8 th floor is clean. They have a free fitness room and sauna for their guests. Nothing to complain, this hotel is absolutely correct for the price we paid. The staff is generaly helpful and friendly except at the reception desk.

"Excellent value"
We stayed 4 nights as part of a package. Initially we were disappointed with the position but this was no problem with cheap taxis everywhere.
Very grand reception, large bedroom and bathroom spotlessly clean, excellent pool and lovely staff - always smiling and helpful.
Buffet breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and on a quiet day more staff than guests. Restaurant had limited choice for lunch and dinner but was excellent value. Also had an excellent Thai pianist/singer in the restaurant while we were there.
If you have an evening departure for your flight ask if you can keep your room until you leave. Four of us shared one room for about £15 which meant we could come back and shower and change in comfort .

"Nice & Accessible location"
The room is very cheap and the room is not bad. bathroom is rather big too with bathtube and a separate shower. Although the view was blocked by the other hotel infront, it was okay to me as i'm often not in the room. Furthermore, the service staff is very friendly. I often went dwn to the reception to ask for directions b4 going out for shopping and they are very helpful in giving directions.
A wide variety for breakfast too!
Overall, it's a very nice experience!

"Quality Hotel at a good price, just where you need it."
I am a regular traveller to Bangkok and have settled on the DM'A after visiting many others. Why?
Well the service is great to excellent - and I have never had trouble communicating with the staff.
On each return visit, I am greeted like an old friend - try that in a Holiday Inn.
The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts very good (especially if you go for the executive rooms).
The swimming pool and sauna are the only thing that can make you feel clean in this city.
Above all its up the road from my favourite bar - Sweet Home - go on drop in and say Martin sent you.

"Wonderful time in Bangkok"
I booked this hotel in lastminute for my staying in Bangkok for about two weeks from Expedia because they offered such a very attractive price with some free bonus nights, and I was worried about some nagetive comments from the reviews of the TripAdvisor members. Anyway I had no chance to chang my booking to other hotel so I checked in to this hotel.
Since I arrived to the hotel at very late night, my bad attitude about negative review had gone because the hotel looked much better than I expected at the price that I had paid to Expedia, the lobby was not big but elegant, very bright and clean, and friendly staffs at the front desk. The room I was staying was spacious, cozy and tidy. Separated shower stall in the spacious bathroom was great and I never found it in any other hotel at this price.
Complimentary buffet breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful and variety, but it was very crowded during 9.00 - 10.00 a.m. so I went to have breakfast in the Executive Lounge on the 25th floors in other morning which is the special privilege of Expedia guest to choose the places for breakfast. It was more privacy in the lounge and it over looking to the city.
The swimming pool and sauna room were very nice, but for the gym room was rather small and some equipments were not in a good condition but still fine.
The first time I wanted to go out from the hotel to a department store and was very difficult to find the way, there were many taxi drivers approached me and offered me the fixed price, so I asked the concierge to call the metre taxi for me, and the taxi driver charged me according to the metre. I had found that the hotel located very near many shopping centres for local and international goods, and very easy to get back to the hotel by the taxi. In other days, I took the metre taxi to many places such as Silom, Suan Lum, Suhkumvit, weekend market it was very convenience. The price range was THB 70 - 150, very cheap.
In the hotel I found the lobby was very quiet even the hotel occupancy was high, there was no massy group tour at all. I found out later that more than 90% of the guest in this hotel were individual travellers.
A small restaurant opposite the hotel was very nice. It served European and Thai food. And many food stalls around the hotel. And the is a 7 Eleven
store close to the hotel.
I was very enjoy my staying at this hotel and will go back to stay here again next time. It was really worth for my money even more than I expected.
