The hotel is around only 200 m from the nearest sandy beach. The hotel is situated about 4 km outside of the tourist centre of Puerto Rico. There is a bus stop only around 150 away.

Opened in 2006, this air-conditioned hotel is spread over 5 floors and has a garden, a terrace and a total of 241 rooms including 20 suites and 4 wheelchair accessible rooms. Facilities include a foyer with reception desk, a lift and a currency exchange counter. Also featuring within the hotel is a TV room, a lounge room, a conference room, a kiosk, shops, a bar, a nightclub and a restaurant with highchairs for children.
