The modern complex was established in 2004 and has a total of 9 storeys. It is fully air-conditioned and facilities on offer include a lobby with lifts and a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a currency exchange counter. Conference rooms are available for use by business travellers and there is a public Internet connection (charges apply). Younger guests may like to let off steam in the play area or the kid's club.
