"fine dining"
After visiting Dunblane Hydro during the Christmas break 23rd to the 27th December, we found that the hotel had improved condiserably under new management. Although rooms are a bit tired there is an ongoing upgrading of the whole hotel. Food was excellent, this is returning to the "Fine Dining" status. Reception was excellent, service was excellent and the cleaning service was also first class. This was our sixth year staying over the Christmas period and we will most definately be returning next year. William & Irene Muir.
