This welcoming apartment complex is located in the tourist resort of Playa de'n Bossa and only around 300 m from the nearest sandy beach. Shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The nightclub, Space, and the Acuatico Aguamar Park are only a 20-minute walk away. The nearest public transport stop is around 150 m from the hotel.

The modern apartment complex comprises a total of 82 apartments spread over 3 floors. Guests may make use of the 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom and currency exchange counter. Guests are also able to enjoy dining or drinking in the cafe, the cosy bar, in the dining and breakfast room or in the restaurant with smoking and non-smoking areas. Further facilities include a supermarket, shops, a TV room, public Internet access (for an added fee), and bicycle rental. Younger guests may let off steam in the playground. Additionally, laundry service, washing facility (for an additional fee) as well as medical assistance are also offered to guests.The hotel does not provide wheelchair access. In addition, pets are not permitted in the building.
