PROPERTY AMENITIES

* Breakfast is served from 6:30am to 9:30am daily and our a-la-carte Lunch is between 12pm – 2pm whilst the restaurant is open for Dinner from 7pm till 10pm. A seperate residents menu is available all day.

* Gr8 Food...Gr8 Dining
The restaurant is understated but elegantly designed with the indoor-outdoor lifestyle in mind. The menu celebrates the freshest local ingredients, cooked well, with dishes that stimulate the senses tempting diners to explore an array of tastes that have no culinary borders.

* The Kotoka* Bar (*to knock off at the end of the day) is open daily from 12pm till late and is an ideal place to entertain business guests or relax before dinner.

* The hotel offers top notch, boutique facilities and accommodation for the discerning traveller who is fed up with the large formula hotels but still wants all the services associated with a full service hotel. On offer are a remarkable restaurant and cocktail bar, 24 hour personalised room service, a fitness suite, wireless internet, Ndaba Meeting Centre with a conference room seating 25 people with two ‘break away’ rooms and impressive surroundings.

ROOM AMENITIES

* The intention of the owners was that each room's decor be inspired by the colours, tradition and culture of Zambian Tribes without compromising the overall feel which should be modern and sophiscated. All rooms have a lounge area, with the Paramount and Chief Suites having separate bedroom and living areas. All ground floor suites have private gardens, the larger of which have whirlpool baths in the garden for that fantasy moonlit experience.

* Each suite is equipped with a mini liquid refreshment centre, digital satellite television service, a 32"LCD TV with DVD/CD/MP3 audio visual system to enhance your viewing pleasure. The sizeable bathroom with excellent amenities invites the occupant to enjoy a daily rejuvenating bit of R & R, which becomes a longed for part of their stay.

* Please note that only the two bedroom apartment has a microwave.
