This complex is located just 10 m from the nearest beach and dunes, approximately 150 m from the town's famous lighthouse. It is just a few paces to a selection of restaurants and shops and links to the public transport network are situated about 250 m away. There are many bars and a lively nightlife scene to enjoy roughly 1 km from the hotel. The centre of San Fernando is 5 km away and it is 18 km to Vecindario.

This 2-storey complex has direct access to the beach and comprises a total of 7 apartments and 1 suite. Facilities include a reception desk with a safe, WLAN, bicycle hire and a laundry service (fee).There is no swimming pool. The reception desk is open Monday to Friday from 9 am until 1 pm and then from 3 pm until 7 pm.
