The complex is situated on the edge of a forest, approximately 500 m from the beach. Entertainment venues and links to the public transport network lie about 1.5 km away.

Comprising a total of 29 studios and 2 apartments, the complex is spread over 2 floors. Guests may make use of the air-conditioned foyer with a safe, a currency exchange counter, a cafe, a small supermarket and a bar as well as a terrace and a children's playground. Room and medical services are further features that can be taken advantage of by guests, as may a bicycle hire service (for an additional fee).
