This designer hotel lies close to the elegant new harbour Marina Botafoch, only around 100 m from the sea. The beach and the centre of Ibiza, with shopping opportunities, tourist attractions and restaurants, are around a 10-minute drive away. In addition, it is just 10m from links to the public transport network. Furthermore, Pacha and El Divino nightclubs are around 50 m from the hotel.

This hotel comprises 55 rooms, of which 2 are suites, spread over 6 floors. A sun terrace is offered outside and a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a cloakroom, a currency exchange counter and a lift are also offered. Further facilities include a cafe, a bar, a TV room, a breakfast room, a dining room and a restaurant. A conference room and public Internet access are also available as well as room and laundry services. Guests arriving by car may like to make use of the garage spaces.The hotel provides 2 rooms with wheelchair access as well as a wheelchair accessible entrance.
