It is also called Hotel - Restaurant El Sombrerito; there you will be able to taste the old recipes of the former Inn , previously called Casa María , founded in 1940 by Mrs. Maria Rodríguez. Nowadays Doña María's son, Chicho, runs this place with the help of his wife Ana Maria and his son Héctor.
