"Excellent week @ Easter"
Before I set off to the Hotel Elba I read the comments on this website. My wife and two children 11,12 wanted a luxury break. The kids and I wanted to play golf and my wife wanted to relax, read and sunbathe. The holiday did not disappoint.
The hotel is exactly as it says on the brochures...5 star luxury.
The staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
The food was excellent. Breakfast anything you wanted accompanied by english newspapers, lunch good and the evening menu divine....even some good wines to choose from.
The golf course was okay, fairways a little dry and the greens were perfect. Course not busy and always managed to get tee-times everyday. There was also a driving range which helped with the warm up.
Pool area quiet and nicely furnished with umbrellas and sun beds. Pool was great...a little to cold for my liking at this time of year.
The hotel is in the Johanson's "beautiful small hotel's in the world" book and when staying there you can see why it should be.
We have already booked to go back in October.
I can highly recommend this hotel.

"Great hotel!!"
We’ve been to Elba Palace Golf 3 times already and planning to go back there this year again. It’s a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and the food is great. The hotel is small so you can have your privacy there. It is definitely 5 star hotel. Can only recommend it.

"Fabulous Time"
We have just returned from a lovely week at the Elba Palace Golf, the staff were welcoming and friendly, we didn't want from anything. The pool area was lovely even though the pool tempreature was a bit on the cool side. This hotel is rated a 5 star, but you have to keep in mind that it is a Spanish 5 star, but even so it is lovely. Meals were delicious and beautifully presented. The air conditioning in the bedroom could have been a bit cooler for our liking. Looking forward to returning.
