"Everything was perfect!!!"
If you want to stay in Garden Grove , stay here! The Embassy Suites is always great. My family and I loved it. Here's why. The rooms are very clean and very well furnished. the pool and jacuzzi were very nice. When we came to the room, they gave us 2 free waters and a letter that said they hope we have an enjoyable stay. that's really nice. The breakfast was awesome! All the guests and service are very friendly. Their beds were very comfortable. The hotel was in a very good location. There ae some nice restaurants nearby. The atrium was very nice. It made me feel like I was in the jungle! On top of the waterfall, there is a lion. It was a little loud, but that didn't matter. It was cool hearing it! When we had to leave , I didn't want to go. We will surely return!

"It passed my expectations."
I planned this trip months in advance and read many reviews before I decided on Embassy Suites South. We had three suites along side of each other and stayed 6 nights. Every request I made before we arrived and after was done. We had some problems before and after check in, and they were resolved to our satisfaction. When our toilet would not flush someone was at our room in less than ten minutes and never another problem. Our room was delayed at check in but they were so friendly and gracious it was no big thing. My grand daughters loved the pool, the atrium, the lion, the rooms, the restaurant and the breakfast. I have picky eaters and there was something for everyone. The managers reception was appreciated by the men aftere a busy day in Disneyland. The biggest reward was when they said Grandma you did good, we love this hotel. Many happy memories were made because of the staff at the Embassy and its great ambiance.
Complaint was I paid for the shuttle and we waited for over 30 minutes coming and going to Disneyland. One night it broke down 4 blocks from our hotel and it took her 10 minutes to tell us another shuttle was on the way, so we got out and walked.

"Absolutely wonderful!!! Definitely will be Back!!!!"
We stayed at the Embassy Suites Anaheim South for 7 days and had a wonderful ,wonderful time. The entire staff was friendly and treated us as if we were the only guests there. The breakfast was great and once my 4 year old niece got over the roaring lion (audio animatronic) she too enjoyed the breakfast of her choosing.
The pool area, lobby and guest room were always clean and the only minor problem we experienced was our fridge kept freezing any liquids we put in there even though it was set on the lowest setting. Engineering was called and someone showed up within 5 minutes to try and remedy the problem.
My only complaint about the whole stay would be that the Anaheim Resort Transit was a little confusing and sometimes unreliable but this was not the hotels fault.
When we come back to the Anaheim area we will definitely stay at this hotel.
