This hotel is situated in the modern financial and business district of El Rosal (Caracas) and opposite the Lido shopping centre. The Caracas stock exchange, the Caracas country club and the Centro Sambil shopping centre, as well as the CCCT shopping centre and the Teatro Teresa Carreno are all within minutes of the hotel. Countless restaurants, bars and nightclubs are also located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Established in 2000, this air-conditioned city hotel features a terrace and offers a total of 28 junior suites and 220 suites spread over 19 floors. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a cafe, 3 lifts and a hairdresser. In addition, guests are able to take advantage of a bar, 2 restaurants, 6 conference rooms, public Internet access and a WLAN access point (for an additional fee) room and laundry services, as well as parking.
