"Emporium Suites, a wonderful home from home"
My wife & I have just returned from a months stay at The Emporium Suites Bangkok and and were very impressed with every aspect of our serviced apartment. It was very spacious, well designed, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you might need to enjoy a 'home away from home'. During our stay, even the Tv's in our suite were replaced with the latest big screen, flat panel LCD models.
The staff were very warm, friendly and attentive. The Sales Manager, Mr North was most helpful during our booking process and followed up during our stay to ensure we were enjoying our visit. The breakfasts were really good and the egg station Chef makes the best omlettes ever! the restaurant staff were also very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. When returning to our suite after breakfast, the room attendant had completed the servicing and everything was immaculate
The location, whilst not downtown, was adjoining a skytrain station which made it very easy to visit any part of Bangkok. We were less than 10 minutes from the main downtown shopping area by Skytrain, so for us it was a perfect location.
The first 6 floors of the Emporium complex consist of an upscale shopping mall with a wonderful food supermarket where you can purchase almost any kind of food you can think of
Finally, for those days when a restful time is called for, the Olympic size swimming pool and surrounding gardens complete with sun beds, make relaxing a real pleasure.
We very much look forward to our next visit!

"Impeccable"
Stayed for two days at the Emporium Suites in a studio. The room was excellent, with lots of space. The service was impeccable: the safe got stuck and the manager stayed until he could get it fixed (about 15 minutes). Also, when I called with a problem starting the aircon, an engineer came up inless than five minutes. The view over Bangkok was beautiful. The hotel is well noise-insulated (quiet) and the breakfast is good. The hotel is modern and well-equipped. Overall, absolutely no surprises or unpleasant experiences. Impeccable.
As the saying goes: expensive, but worth it.

"loved it!"
we just returned from a 2 week stay in Thailand with our 3 children and nanny that included 3 nights at the beginning of the trip at the Emporium Suites and 2 nights at the end.
We had a beautiful 2 bedroom suite which was cheaper than 2 regular hotel rooms we would have had to book at a regular 5 star hotel. the suites were spacious and the kids had lots of space. between the 3 t.v.s everyone had a place to watch!
the location next to the mall is very convenient, especially with kids. would definitely return.
