really comfortable stay After reading a couple of the reviews, we were quite pesimistic about staying at this hotel. However,we arrived to be greeted by a majorly friendly cast of staff who were all happy to help. The 2 bedroom appartment we stayed in was perfect for a family of 4 with teens and there would still be plenty of room when occuppied by 6 people. The cleanliness was livable for a couple of weeks, but it is nice to be able to sit on a sofa you know is clean when back home. The bedrooms are reasonably spacy, however if you don't want to wake up with unwanted guests ie. cockroaches and lizards, I would advice against a ground floor room. When my family did wake up with these visitors, the hotel reception staff were very helpful and upgraded us at once and even moved our luggage for us. The only member of staff we could complain about was the night concierge who is very pushy and told many white lies to try and buy our service. She is definately one to watch. All in all the hotel was very comfortable, and the location is absolutely fabulous especially if you have a car. The Enclaves was perfect for us, as we were a family spending 90% of time out and about and just wanted a hotel that was fairly clean and a helpful group of staff and we found it. Dissappointment I was looking forward to staying at the Enclave, however, it was a big disappointment. I had to call the front desk daily - the air conditioner would quit working. They would have to bring a shop vac to suck up the water in the ceiling. The first day, I called them at 1PM, as soon as I arrived, they didn't show up until the next morning to fix the air. The ants were bad. I refused to eat in the room - kitchenette. The complimentary breakfast was also a dissappointment. It was a box breakfast with a few items. For extra seating, there was a bar around the back wall that was covered with ants. The transportation was perfect. 1.4

Amazing Hotel!! This hotel is awesome! It is in a perfect location if you are going to Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild or Universal Studios. They have a free shuttle that took you to the parks and back. Our room was very nice and we had a huge balcony. The hotel is also located to lots of restaurants, and other activities which are all in walking distance. I recommend not going to the Pirates Dinner Show across the street, it was not good for the amount of money that we paid. However, this hotel is awesome!!!!!!!

"Loved the Enclave, can't wait to go back!!" After reading the reviews on your site for the Enclave I have to say I was panicking, I even rang my travel agent and talked to her about changing our hotel, which I would have done if I had not spoken to my sons friend and his mother who stayed there in July and who said it was great and I am so glad I listened to them. We (Myself, my husband and my two children aged 18 and 15) decided to go ahead with our stay but I was still a little wary. When we arrived we had a very speedy and friendly check in and headed to our 2 bed suite. It was lovely... very spacious and spotlessly clean... we never saw one cockroach or ant the whole two weeks we were there. I would rate it 3* and in some cases 3* + the reason for the + is the extras in the suite, hairdryer, toaster, juicer, microwave, 3 TVs, playstation and movie options on the TV and iron and ironing board, they are renovating rooms at the moment and this should make it a 3*+ overall. We did have a few niggly problems but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently, e.g. our phone would not work, we had a new one in no time, our air conditioning packed up, the assistant manager Louis was on the phone to us and within an hour we were upgraded to a new apartment with a terrace at no extra cost. The staff was all very helpful, friendly and efficient, especially Louis who could not do enough to make sure our stay was memorable, and by the way, we NEVER saw or heard anyone complaining at the front desk or anywhere else for that matter. The food court was clean and the food was good especially the subs. These apartments are well run, well maintained and spotlessly clean, (Cleaned every day) they do not deserve the bad reviews on this site, both the apartments we had were in block 2, one on the 8th floor and one on the 10th floor, the people we spoke to also stayed in block 2, there was a large group of them so they had 3 separate apartments and they are of the same opinion as us. I can only say that block 2 deserves a good review and this is why I had to stick up for the enclave suites and I am so happy that I did not cancel my booking and change apartments because we had the best holiday ever. We travel a lot, 3-4 times a year, we always stay in 3* + or 4* hotels and we were more than happy with the enclave suites and would recommend it to anyone and yes, we will most definitely be going back, see you next year Louis!!!!

"Enjoyed our stay" We stayed in the Enclave on January 12 through the 15th. We loved our two bedroom unit (unit #3101). It was decorated very well and our kids loved the spongebob bedroom. The furniture was new and the tile floor was very nice. We thought the property was outstanding and the pools were huge. We walked to a different place to eat every night and truly enjoyed ourselves. This is a perfect location to stay for Orlando and going to the parks. Universal was about 3 minutes away. We loved the Enclave and will return again. I could not believe the great room we got for the low price we paid.
