"Ideal stop-over!"
The Etrop Grange is a lovely, quaint hotel. We stayed for one night before an early morning flight with another couple.
The staff were very efficient. We did not have a meal at the restaurant but enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar!
Our rooms, although small (but huge compared with New York) were very comfortable. It is like staying in a country house. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially in winter as it has a nice 'cosy' feel.

"best hotel ive ever been to"
the hotel was brilliant, we had to phone to get a lift from the Jaguar but we got there about 8 a clock at night, so take the phone number of the hotel just in case its not there.
The room was lovely, very clean, we where comtemplating on knicking the bed! (for an idea height wise, im 5ft 3 and it came waist level up to me) you get plenty of free tea and coffee (kenko instant really smooth/and kenko decaff, and twinnings tea bags, so you have an idea) not just the usuall 2 wee bags of tea, the room was spotless - we did have a wee problem cause someone had knicked one of the batteries out of the remote, but the staff delt with it quickly and efficently.
another person we were comtemplating stealling was the chef who made us the pasta, this was the best pasta ive had in my life!
we are actually just back from there today, and soon as our next paychecks are in we are planning our next trip to etrop grange, the photos dont do it justice, you have to see it by yourself. |
