This pleasantly appointed property lies on the first row of buildings by the beach, in the heart of Alcossebre. It enjoys a convenient and peaceful location, between the roughly 2 km long fine sand beach and the Sierra de Irta mountain range.

The tastefully designed apartment complex comprises a total of 250 apartments set over five floors. During the summer months there is a 24-hour service, a buffet restaurant with various specialities, a cafe, swimming pools, a laundrette, Internet access (for a fee) and a maid service from Monday to Friday. The complex also features a beautiful garden, a spacious foyer and a cosy bar.Added fees are always on request and may be paid directly in the hotel. Pets are not permitted.According to the 30/1993 enactment from the 8th March, the region of Valencia applies the following for check in and check out: check in: from 5 pm; check out: until 10 am. From the 1st July to the 15th October there is a 24-hour service. From the 31st of March the following opening times apply: Monday-Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm. The cleaning of the apartments always takes place from Mondays to Fridays. Once a week the hand towels and bed linen are changed. Cots are available on request and for an added fee (which can be paid on site).

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
