By car: from Florence take the the A11 (motor way) then exit in LUCCA EST, the hotel can be seen from the motorway. Follow the sign to LUCCA CENTRO, after 200 mt. Turn right in VIA DELLE FORNACETTE, go straight till the end and turn right in VIALE SAN CONCORDIO, Go straight for 500 mt and turn right in VIALE EUROPA, after 150 mt turn right and enter in the parking of the Hotel. ( in front of the entrance there is a Gas Station of total)

From Pisa Airport: Take direction to Genova A12 till PISA NORD then follow direction Florence A11 and exit in LUCCA EST. the hotel can be seen from the motorway. "Not a typical italian hotel"
This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel with great ammenities and much more than you would expect for the money. The breakfast is included and is excellent. It is located outside of the city walls, but it makes a nice walk to town and it is much easier to park than inside the city itself. There is a gym, free water and fruit, and newspapers on every floor. Brand new, and exceptional for the money. I would highly recommend staying there. PS. there is NO view and it is not "quaint" it is close to the highway, so if you want a Tuscan experience, it isn't one, but everything else is wonderful

"great hotel"
Just got back from a two week trip to Italy. (9/27- 10/10/03. We stayed in Lucca for a night and we wished we stayed longer just so we could enjoy the hotel . It was a great modern hotel full of great extras. Complimentary bottled water and fruit. As well as a sauna and a gym. Gym is small but it did the trick. Sauna looked great but we did not have time to use it. Beds were so sooooooo comfortable. It was a little piece of heaven. A definate must.
