"Great location, a Good Stay!" Stayed in one of the suites with some other friends. The space was large enough to fit all of us and our luggage, the kitchen appeared to be newly rennovated. There's ample/free parking for hotel guests, unlike other hotels in downtown Vancouver where you need to pay or park on the streets. The location was great, close to a lot of good sushi, Chinese food and shopping. I heeded the advice of the previous reviewers and requested a room away from the pub, and there wasn't a problem.

"Great Hotel" We stayed here for a family reunion. The rooms were very large, not the little micro rooms you find in a lot of hotels. If you like quiet fine dining, then make a point of visiting their restaurant! The pub downstairs was a fun place for the family to gather over a pint. I was on the other side of the hotel, so noise wasn't a problem....This was a perfect place for both executives and vacation fun.

"Wonderful Stay!!" I was there for a family reunion during the Memorial weekend. Needless to say, all the hotels were booked solid. I was given 2 rooms that were not yet renovated and were probably the ones other reviewers here were complaining about. I booked through hotwire, which means it's the lowest rate. When you pay a little don't expect the moon! The next day, I asked the front desk agent if she could change my mother's room because the air conditioner was noisy. She did better than that, she moved my room as well!! It was the renovated rooms and quiet. You see folks, when you whine and complain... where is the incentive to help you? If you're paying the rack rate and get stuck with a lousy room, often times if you ask politely the hotel staff will try to make it up to you. Overall, it was a nice stay and the staff were wonderful.
