The original and charming 1920s exterior has been preserved while the interior has been rennovated to adapt itself to the specific needs of a demanding clientele. The top 3 floors are now completed and have been totally refurbished. Although ongoing works are not structural there is a total redecoration taking place and the completion date is not before the end of 2004 at the earliest. LOCATION This hotel is a little gem! Despite it's 4 star classification, it is very reasonably priced and is beautifully located near the Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini and the Villa Borghese gardens,in the heart of the banking and financial area. PROPERTY AMENITIES * Probably thanks to our particulary kind and friendly, yet professional, staff and a cleanliness in all our rooms hard and equal; not to mention the way we answer rapidly all our reservation request whether by fax, internet, telex or phone. Really, no detail is overlooked. * The Hotel reception and office staff collaborate to offer guest a vast array of services, such as City tours, car-hire, theater/concert tickets, flight reconfirmation, on-going hotel reservations, transportation to the airport by limousine at fixed rate, restaurant reservations. Secretarial facilities are also available. * Dining room offers an intimate atmosphere, it is decorated with pastel and cream colours and furnished with both sofas and chairs.On one side there are sofas and chairs on the other side there is the bar area.Two lifts. Flowers give a refined touch. ROOM AMENITIES * Rooms are stylishly decorated and some overlook the rooves of Rome, while others overlook the enclosed garden.They are medium sized and fully equipped, with tapestry and carpet. Some of them have private balcony Air conditioned throughout, the rooms have colour satellite TV, minibar, direct-dial telephone and hairdryer. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
