"Lovely Staff, great hotel...." Stayed here for two nights around the 09th October while bestman at a wedding....with a large crowd of the grooms family also staying it was a pretty hectic night.... The hotel staff were excellent, always ready to help with a smile and nothing was too much bother....very very impressed. As always the breakfast continental style was plentiful and as much as you want as well, although if you prefer a more traditional british breakfast the Sainsburys across the road is excellent and pretty reasonable!?!? Word of warning the bar/restaurant next to the hotel have no sense of humour and don't like you just to drink there......our party was barred for making to much noise but we never heard one complaint in the hotel.....even from other guests!!! Room was spacious and had a great bathroom, clean, modern with a good power shower, dove soaps and shower gel.....towels could be bigger, but that's minor.... Overall an excellent hotel and if in the area wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.....

"Superb value" I had a room with a sofa bed for 3 adults and it was an absolute bargain because we paid upfront when booking. I could find no fault with this motel - the room was just the right temperature, the bathroom was very cleverly designed, the bed very comfortable and everything seemed very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was a step up from the usual serve-yourself fare, with quality tea and a good choice of cereals and juices. It was the first time I have seen mandarin oranges served as well as grapefruit - a nice touch. Nice, friendly staff too.

"Good value and friendly staff but very busy restaurant." Stayed here on a Friday night. Efficent check- in although hotel was very busy. Clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious breakfast room with every thing well stocked. The only minus point was the very busy pub resturant across the car park. We had to wait about 40 mins for a table with two young children. There were a number of coach parties at the hotel and I think every one was in the pub. No other options for dining within walking distance that were apparnet or advertised. Overall a good value option in the area but you need a car.

"Great place for the price" i was most impressed with the service and facilities on offer at this hotel. Having had an unpleasant stay at the Travelodge in Bristol I was reluctant to book another limited service/budget hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, not as basic as Travelodge. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful, liked the idea of a separate area to eat.
