The hotel is located at the foot of Table Mountain in Bree Street, only a 10-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute drive from Table Mountain, Signal Hill, the V&A Waterfront and the famous Camps Bay beaches.

Built in 2006, this city hotel comprises a total of 130 rooms of which 2 are disability-friendly. The air-conditioned establishment s facilities include a lobby with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and 2 lifts, as well as a bar, a restaurant and public Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the room and cycle hire services and there is covered parking available for those arriving by car.Follow the signs into Cape Town. On arriving at the junction at the end of the motorway (at the Waterfront, CTICC on the left), continue over the set of traffic lights to the next set, where the motorway becomes Buitengracht Street. Travel straight up Buitengracht Street until reaching Buitensingel junction (approx. 3 km). Turn left into Buitensingel Road. Turn Right into Bree Street.
