"Excellent hotel" We have just returned from a long weekend break at the Hotel Jalta. The hotel is perfectly situated on Wenceslas Square. Although it is in a very popular area the rooms are very quiet. The staff on reception are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very spacious(deluxe room) and very clean. We even found the hotel supplied large umbrellas(kept in the wardrobe) should there be showers when you are there, Bathrooms are large and spotless with all the little toiletries you could ever need. The restaurant attached to the hotel called HOT serves great food and is staffed by wonderful people who are so attentive and helpful. Old town square is within easy walking distance of the hotel as are the Charles Bridge and the castle. Although the castle is up on top of a hill the climb is well worth it for the view over the whole town.
