"We Loved our stay!!!"
Service at this five star hotel is superb! The bellman took our luggage upon our arrival. By the time we had checked in and got to our room our luggage was already securely in our suite. Suites are large, clean and beautiful. All of the staff are extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. The beach is well kept surf is mild compared to the west shore of the Yucatan Peninsula. The beachfront bar waiters are attentive. Food is excellent in all venues. It is expensive but not out of line for a hotel of this caliber. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance that are more affordable. This was a wonderful place for our vacation/conference. We would definitely return here in the future.

"Top Notch, Gorgeous, Loved Every Second!!"
This was the best hotel in Cancun, sitting at the very tip of cancun it has the best beach and if you get on a jet ski the sky id the limit because just pass the hotel on the left oceanfron was a bunch of private homes....to the right was dreams and in the front on the hotel was the strip....amazing location...It doesn't get any better...Life was a dream for 6 days.....I went with my boyfriend, It is romantic or fun for kids, the pool was huge it took almost 10 mins to walk the length of it...The biggest pool in Cancun as a matter if fact....This is the best place to stay hands down.....No Joke !!! Breakfast is superb

"The Pefect Hotel"
This could be the best beach/resort hotel ever. I travel one to two weeks a month for business and pleasure and have come to appreciate the little things that make a great hotel, great. This one exceeded all of my expectations.
The bell hop who carried my bags to my room on Wed., knew me by name Sat. on the beach. Fernando, on the beach, never passed by that he didn't know my name and what I needed.The front desk was amazing, the staff might be the best trained I have ever experienced. Every little detail was perfect. I really felt as if they really loved what they were doing. No stuffiness, no fake personas. Five Star in every respect.
The restaurants were excellent, the restaurant recommendations were great, the room was amazing, even the turn down service was a cut above anything I have ever seen.
This hotel earns it five star rating. I wish I could get my organization to the same level of excellence.
