"Very clean freindly hotel." On arrival hotel staff where very freindly and helpful. hotel is clean rooms are spaceous but no air con they provide a cold air fan which does the job very well. The hotel is not far away from the Gun powder tower, it takes approx 10-15 min walk we did not need to use the public transport at all the hotel is near to the edge of the city centre. We found a lot of choice of resturants but if you like to eat good food on the cheap then stay out of the main sqaures, we found a lovely little bar come resturant that gave us 2 courses plus 0.5ltr of wine and 2 ltr of beer for 800kc the beer on its own cost 35kc per 0.5ltr. if you like to sit in an old converted wine cellar there is a lovly resturant called Fischer cafe & resturant just in the back street off the old town sqaure it on a street called Jakubska 6 both these resturants serve typical czech quisine and other dishes. there is lots to see just ask recption for a tourist map. there is a lot of guided tours they all start around the old town square by the clock.
