This apartment hotel enjoys a convenient location in Puerto Rico, close to the commercial and shopping centre of the city and near a taxi rank. It is additionally just 900 metres to the sandy beach and Las Palmas international airport is 40 km away.

Renovated in 2006, the complex is ideal for families and comprises a total of 30 apartments, spread over 2 floors. The facilities include a lobby area with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe and a playground. In addition, a laundry service is provided.From the airport by bus, car or taxi.
