This hotel is quietly situated just 15 minutes walk from Plaza de Charco and from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz where there are an abundance of shops and entertainment options. The remodelled Playa Jardin as well as the Castillo San Felipe lie just a few paces away and there is a bus stop a stone's throw from the hotel

The completely renovated hotel comprises 24 single rooms, 308 double rooms and 3 suites spread over 12 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast garden and pool complex, a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. In-house Internet access and a laundry service are also available.
