Four Points by Sheraton Caguas Real Hotel & Casino's staff was great. The room was fantastic. This was a great experience. Very close to the highway, easy access, 15 minutes from San Juan. |

Four Points by Sheraton Caguas Real Hotel & Casino has nice, clean, modern rooms and public areas. The service was professional. The rooms were nice and the king-sized bed was comfortable. The air conditioning and television worked fine.
Since the hotel is constructing a casino, we were awakened to the sounds of hammering every morning at 7:15 a.m. We did request relocation to a quieter room, which was accommodated, but we could still hear the sounds of hammering. |
