"Best hotel!"
This hotel is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The staff here go out of their way to make you feel special and welcome, anything you need they will get it you. The hotel itself is located in the heart of Medillin, the best section of Medillin, right next to it is a beautiful shopping centre where you can find anything you want! The hotel inside is absolutely beautiful, it has a steamroom, sauna, gym and a pool! The rooms themselves are huge, very nicely decorated, with a very spacious bathroom and closet. Overall, what made my stay there this enjoyable was the wonderful staff! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a 5star hotel in Medellin!

"Incredible Attention and nice clean rooms"
Nice, clean rooms. Very complete bath supply. All you expect in a Sheraton. Also a wonderful included breakfast. All that you need, the people at the front desk will fullfil your requests.
Medellin is a Very nice city. Completed with this ultra clean hotel. Sure I come back this January in my bussiness trip.
