"The 'Fantastic Four' Points is a breath of fresh air" Just returned from a 2 week tour of Italy and I have to say for pure service and professionalism the Four Points Sheraton in Milan was far and away the best hotel we visited. The room was immaculate and breakfast was like a 3 course meal - I have never seen so many items! We booked directly with the hotel and managed to obtain their best available rate which in January i.e. low season is very, very competitive. Planning to go back to Italy in the fall and the Four Points will be our first choice.

"A comfortable stay" I stayed at Four Points Sheraton while on a recent business trip and pleasantly found an oasis of a room which was a joy to return to in the evenings after a day filled with meetings. I had one of the newly refurbished rooms which featured a comfortable bed and linens, wide-screen television, a jacuzzi bath with television! The bedroom and bathroom furnishings were all new and the room was business traveler friendly with lots of outlets and computer connections. Avoid using the in room television internet connection which will drive one bonkers! Yes, the hookers still frequent the sidewalk outside the hotel during the night hours, though they don't bother hotel guests other than a simple solitication. Their gender is questionable. The rooms were sound proof and superbly climate controlled. The buffet breakfast was not included in my room rate and I paid 20 Euro for what I considered a scarse and limited breakfast buffet selection. Check out the buffet at the Westin in Milan for a real taste treat. I didn't dine in the hotel restaurant as there are so many options for dining in Milan. Several reasonably priced restaurants are located near the Four Points Sheraton. I particularly appreciated location as I travel to Milan by rail. The Milan Central station is within walking distance. The only other thing I was disappointed in was the absence of a piano player in the cocktail area, which was advertised throughout the hotel. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel.

"nice place" perfect affordable hotel in a nice quiet location just a few blks from the main train station...excellent staff..nice rooms...good breakfast with attentive service...I would stay again !!!!
