"Good value for little money" The front staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was adequate with two queen beds, a table, two chairs, small refrigerator and microwave. The room had a balcony with two chairs which overlooked the parking lot. Hotel is across the street from Canada Olympic Park (local ski hill). We had a quiet stay, noticing no noise. Beds a bit hard. Waterslide was fun however the tiled floor and side of pool needed a bit of a scrub. Restuarants are fast food places and a sit-in restaurant located in the hotel which we did not use. Overall a nice hotel for a good price.

"Fun Pool, good rooms" We took our two girls (ages 8 and 3) to Calagry this weekend to visit the zoo and Calaway Park. We stayed at the four points because they offered a zoo package, and it is VERY close to Calaway. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was average but we found the beds very comforatable (lots of pillows) and the kids enjoyed the balcony. There was a microwave and a small fridge in the room, as well as complimentry bottled water. The swimming pool was SO much fun, and well heated! The waterslide was pretty fun (a tunnel slide that goes pretty fast) and the pool wasn't too deep for the kids. The hot tub was fairly large and well heated. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant in the morning...it is a small place (not a lot of seating room) but the food was good and decently priced. The only real complaint we had about the hotel was the pop and candy machines on all floors were broken. I would stay at the four points again for sure.
