Crescent Moon specialises in cuisine influenced by the regional flavours of Mexico and Arizona’s Sonoran Desert. Taking centre stage at the restaurant are a wood-burning kiva oven, a large and lavishly stocked wraparound buffet and an open kitchen providing a bird’s-eye view of the chefs at work.
The restaurant’s menu features American favourites infused with regional ingredients, including fresh fish and meat from the grill, homemade flatbreads from the wood-fired kiva oven, salads and specialty entrees reflecting the regional culinary influences of the Resort’s Sonoran Desert home.

Located at the pool's edge, Saguaro Blossom offers glorious desert views of Troon Mountain and Pinnacle Peak, from sunrise to sunset. Saguaro Blossom is all outdoor seating, including a bar. Poolside, there are chaises longues and towels, as well as amenities of chilled water, fruit kebabs, chilled towels, fruit smoothies and beverages.

Onyx Bar & Lounge offers indoor and outdoor dining and serves small plates and fresh, sweet and savoury cocktail combinations. Each drink is paired with a combination of snacks.
