"Cool place to stay in Athens"
Booked this hotel based on the positive reviews and were not disappointed. The chic boutique feel of this hotel was a nice change from the more traditional places we stayed in Greece. It was very romantic eating dinner on the roof with the great view of the Parthenon illuminated with lights. The pool/air lounge also on the roof is a nice place to unwind at the end of the day (even if the cocktails are a bit pricy 12-13 euros). The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Greece - eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, yogurt, tons of pastries and breads, fresh orange juice, fruits, and several more items. The room is nicely furnished although a bit narrow. The beds were comfortable and came with duvets. The shower head was very nice, but the weird shower wall was not wide enough and allowed water to leak on the floor. As discussed in other reviews, the surrounding area is fairly seedy - especially if you go to the west. There are very limited dining opportunities nearby, but both of our meals in the restaurant were good. We had some problems checking in because they could not locate the reservation I made with Booking.com, but since I had a hard copy of the reservation they honored it. Despite the minor issues noted above, both my wife and I enjoyed staying at the Fresh Hotel for 3 nights.

"Hotel Fresh - A Great Stay"
Recently spent 3 nights at the Hotel Fresh. A Very modern look & feel to the hotel, so if you are looking to stay somewhere more traditional this might not be the right choice. But if you want great accomadations in central Athens within walking distance of the Acropolis & the Plaka this is the place. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the breakfast is marvelous & if you venture up to the 9th floor roof top pool & bar you will see some wonderful views of Athens. The rooms are fairly sound proof although some street traffic occasionaly was heard at night. Would definitely return to this hotel.

"Great Location, Very Modern & Highly Recommended"
We just returned from a trip to Athens where we stayed at the Fresh Hotel for 2 nights. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew this wasn't just any hotel. The lobby is chic and trendy. The man at reception greeted us and informed us of everything we needed to know. The rooms were immaculate and quite surprisingly sound proof, we could hardly hear what was going on outside even though our room overlooked the street. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main area's, Plaka, Acropolis etc. The hotel recommended we eat at Psiri which was just around the corner. The next day, when we asked for a map, they were apologetic about not giving it to us in the first place! The buffet breakfast was good, the fresh orange juicer is impressive. We have travelled all over the world and the hotel was a "Fresh" change.
