There are no rooms on the ground floor. Most rooms are interior and quiet (but a little dark). 12 exterior rooms (including 2 Jr. Suites) facing street, some with balcony. Most rooms have (2) double beds or (2) single beds. There are no king- or queen-size beds at the Gala.

Gala Oaxaca Hotel is located in beautiful downtown Oaxaca, at the corner of the main square (Zòcalo), with an amazing view of the city. Colonial style decoration, with nice Mexican paintings. Close to museums, restaurants and pedestrian shopping streets.
The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the airport.
