"Great Stay!" My wife and i stayed for 4 days at Hotel Galata Antique. We have booked the hotel over the internet and we were pleased that it was a good experience. This was our second time in istanbul we liked this small hotel the best among the others. In our first visit we stayed at sultanahmet and this time we have decided to stay in taksim. Location of the hotel is perfect. The room was comfortable, very clean and airconditioned. The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. They offered us free shuttle service from airport and We were helped with our luggages. We stayed on the third floor but hotel has a lift. The breakfast was fine and included in the room price. There was a great but a bit expensive thai restaurant just accross the street. You should also check azmali mescit - behind the hotel - There are lots of dining possibilities in that area. Overall an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend it.

"my home in istanbul" I am a regular customer of this cosy boutique hotel since 2004 and i feel like i came to my home when i enter the hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean. The location is just perfect, in the center of everything but also quiet and charming. i adore walking through the unique istiklal street and the cafés of tunel. i never consider any other options but this affordable family hotel.
