The complex is situated in the San Eugenio area of the Costa Adeje. The beach is only a ten minutes walk away. There are a profusion of bars, restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area. Convenient public transport links are located within 20 m of the hotel. Tenerife South airport is roughly 17 km from the hotel. In addition, Santa Cruz lies around 80 km away. Tenerife North airport is roughly 100 km from the hotel.

Renovated in 2004, this 5-storey complex has a total of 35 apartments, which are clustered around an attractive pool complex. The accommodation is divided into one or two-room apartments.From Monday to Fridays, the reception is only from 9 am to 5 pm. On Saturdays, the reception is only open from 9 am to 1 pm. Outside of the opening times, the keys for the accommodation may be collected from the reception of the Adeje Clinic. The entrance is approximately 50 m from the reception area.
