All apartments are situated between about 200 m and 400 m from the sandy beach at Playa de Gandia. The town of Gandia is some 4 km away and Valencia Airport is about 75 km away.
The apartments sleep either 4/5 or 6/7 and guests will be allocated accommodation in Gardenias, Bitacoras, Roma, La Safor or similar apartments.The apartments have no reception area so guests are required to collect their keys at the pick-up point indicated in the voucher. A deposit of approximately 150 EUR will be required on arrival and refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked. During high season/bank holidays, the deposit will be from 300 to 600 EUR per apartment according to the owner's conditions. Guests under 30 years of age will be not permitted during the Easter period. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, bed linen and small towels. |

CANCELLATION POLICY
