George Opera Hotel is situated in a small and quiet street, a few steps from the famous Moulin Rouge Theatre District. This very lively area offers many advantages such as international cinemas, a great choice of restaurants and picturesque cafes, as well as a good choice of public transport.

The lobby is open plan with a seating area. The decor is quite modern in style with many large mirrors on the walls and comfortable sofas. Soft lights and plants create a welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms are in good condition. They are contemporarily decorated with pleasant pastel colours and wooden furniture. Bathrooms are in very good condition, entirely tiled in white.

"Wonderful Hotel"
A wonderful hotel. Helpful english speaking staff. Clean rooms. It was our first time (and honeymoon) in paris and this is a great neighborhood to explore. Near the subway which can get you to any location easliy. For the skeptical reviews i read earlier, bah! You barely spend time in your room anyway, so the size is not too much of an issue. I am 6'7" and did not have a problem. As I found in all of Europe, breakfast is not what Americans are used to, so dont be disappointed. It is not only for this hotel that the food was average. Just dont buy breakfast and walk around the block to a bakery and get a real paris breakfast. We would stay there over and over again!
