This apartment complex is located in the old town, directly on the famous Plaza del Charco and is about 500 m from the nearest beach. It is 15 minutes walk to the sea swimming pools and there are countless shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Public transport departs from a stop that is just 200 m away.

This apartment complex was built in 1972, renovated in 1999 and consists of 8 floors with a total of 112 apartments.
