Founded in 1889 by Sir John Frederick Dickson, Port Dickson or better known as PD is once a small town producing charcoal during the 1820’s but later developed rapidly into a small port for tin ore transportation by the British during the Strait settlement period. Though Port Dickson had evolved in many development at present but the beaches are finely preserved, well kept and gazetted as Malaysia’s National Beach.
