This apartment complex lies around 500 m away from the beach, close to the golf course and around 8 km away from the Rock of Gibraltar, between the Linea de la Concepcion and Sotogrande. Guests also have a connection to the beaches of the region. Jerez airport lies around 100 km away while Malaga airport is around 140 km from the hotel.

Opened in 2006, this apartment complex, designed in an Andalusian style, is split into various areas, each of which include their own garden with a swimming pool and all necessary comforts one would expect from a holiday paradise. The complex includes a total of 44 apartments spread over 3 floors. Facilities include a bar, a TV room, a laundry service, a car park and a garage.The poolside snack bar serves snacks or other dishes as well as select a drink from a range of national and international beers on tap.
