This apartment hotel is ideally situated in the tourist centre of the town, approximately 500 m from the nearest beach. Various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are located in the vicinity (100 m to 300 m away). The town centre is just about 1 km from the hotel and public transport links are located a few paces away (20 m). In addition, the airport lies around 8 km away so there is only a small amount of aircraft noise.

Built in 2003, the 3 storey complex comprises 6 suites and 168 apartments in total.
