"Excellent!"
The rooms have an elegant but comfortable feel, and the bathrooms are especially nice. My room was large by European hotel standards, but awkwardly shaped because this it is a renovation of an older building. The hotel is located on a quiet street in central Palermo, between the Teatro Massimo and the Politeama Garibaldi. The cafes of the Via Principe di Belmonte are nearby. The food in the fifth floor restaurant was above average. Minuses: There is only one small cramped elevator, which is slow to arrive. Some aspects of the renovation (such as the poorly installed wallpaper) may not look good as time goes on. The armchair in the room looks nice, but is not comfortable.
