Great hotel.more 5 star than 3 star...brilliant location round the corner from the world famous carlton hotel..1 minute from beach.hotel also provides towels for private beach area where you can have drinks and lunch and charge it to your room...brill...rooms massive and really well air conditioned.breakfast served in rooms too...couldnt ask for more.....highly recommended....

"great value great location" This hotel ticks most boxes ...great location beside Carlton and steps from both Croisette and Rue D'Antibes - safe quiet area - while nicely decorated not as ostentatious as some of its neighbours making it less "nerve wracking" for children to run around! ......their own beach just across the road at a hotel price of 11 euro a day including towel and parasol, but the public beach is fantastic and just a little bit up the road towards the Palais ..OK then you won't have the fantastic service at the private beach which is not OTT .. a half carafe of rose wine was 8 euro ... food plate about 16 euro .. but if you on budget get a 10 euro beach bed for the public beach in Monoprix and eat from the kiosoques which are really good ... Standard Room was certainly smaller than photos on net .. no space between twin beds making it a bit uncomfortable but clean bright comfortable and very nice balcony ...good size stylish bathroom with bathrobe .... Breakfast included in the price but could not recommend paying extra for it ...the most basic usual buffet of cold meats cheese eggs cereal and VERY standard croissants and coffee not great ..great juice ... still a welcome way to start the day .. just don't expect too much ... if not included go up to Rue Dantibes .. turn left to the Lux Cafe and get breakfast for 5 50 .. one of the best value in Cannes ..and best coffee .. One little disappointment was the Pool .. I choose this hotel for the pool .. from pictures on net looks quite big ... is in fact no bigger than a big plunge pool ... maybe two strokes to a length ... there is a lovely garden here though with fab chairs and a lovely place to have a drink or snack ... I recommend doing a big of research on where to eat as I found the restaurants I choose on spec quite low standard...much lower standard than Nice .. a bit of a rip off factor here ...this is the one area Cannes resembles a seaside resort ... If you getting bus to airport you don't need to go all the way to bus station .go to bus stop at side entrance to Gray DAlbion shopping centre .. they leave the station on the half hour .. .. if you need internet cafe there is one on 24 Aout St .. just off upper Rue Dantibes ... I will be returning to Cannes - shopping and beach close ..everything handy ...trainstation just up from Rue Dantibes bring you anywhere .... not for everyone though as fairly busy and designer brand rules .... will definitely stay at the Croissette Beach again ....Excellent value ...

"Excellent choice" Though it is not on Croisette Bd. - it's a terrific hotel!!!!! Location is just excellent - almost next to Carlton but the area is more quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We even could have a lunch in the bar on the groung floor about 3 p.m. while all the local restaurants were closed for siesta. And it was a nice one! We had a junior suite - there was no balcony but it was very spacious and clean, perfectly furnished and decorated. Bathroom was great and there were fresh flowers. The breakfast was very elegant and lovely with lot's of pastries, assotred cheese and fruits. The private beach is very nice. I liked my stay there and I would definetely stay again.

"Fantastic Place." I booked this hotel for a short weekend break having read the reviews on this website. I was not disappointed. The service was second to none, the rooms were immaculate, small but very clean. The hotel had it's own private beach and the location was excellent. The only issue I had was travelling from Nice Airport to the Hotel, it was not cheap - 80 Euros. (one way). Would definately recommend people use the train or a bus. Overall a fantastic holiday, would definately go back.
