"Great Hotel and location!"
We were really anxious about staying here after reading all the awful reviews! To be honest, we wondered if they were staying at the same hotel as us.
On arrival, the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, they spoke excellent English, and throughout our stay were always friendly.
Our room was on the same floor as reception, but we didn't have any problems with noise.
We had booked a quadruple room it was a large, bright, clean room and was a comfortable size even with the 2 beds in for our children. It perhaps could have done with a bit more storage for clothes, but as we only stayed 3 nights, there was enough space for us.
Our bed was a king size double and very comfortable.
The bathroom was spotless with an excellent shower.
The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, with a choice of cereals, bread rolls, croissants, ham, cheese, salami, hard boiled eggs. We also had a choice of fruit juice, hot and cold milk, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
The Hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the Vatican, but we also found it easy to walk to all the main sites in Rome.
I would also recommend taking the Red 110 open top tour bus, you can hop on and off at the main sites.
We would definitely stay here again.
