"Excellent"
A truely excellent and memorable weekend. Perfect location for metro, restaurant,s shops and attractions. We stayed for 3nights at this beautiful hotel on the "Love and Romance" package. Our room was the honeymoon suite which had a large bed, double wardrobes, free safe, double balcony and large fashionable bathroom with his and her sinks. We were greeted with a complementary bottle of wine, chocolates and flowers in room on arrival. Everything was kept very clean and staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a little dissapointing but had the basics. At breakfast found it very hard to get waiter service. Hotel restaurant food excellent in main restaurant. Only thing id recommend is to keep a very close eye on your room bill as at one point they tried to charge us for room service when it was included on our package deal and charged us for the mini bar when we had not used anything from it. A can of pepsi is charged at 5.50euros from room mini bar which is about £3 so i recomend buy your drinks from local supermarket. Overall would definatly return to this charming hotel.

"Splendid Hotel & Great Location"
My fiance & I stayed 6 nights at this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel in the heart of Via Veneto (Amazing Location) right across the street from the American Emassy. Via Veneto is where you wanna be if you ve go to Rome. You can easily take the 110 Bus (which stops right across the strret from the hotel) to visit the Vetican City & other amazing sight seeing locations.The staff were great and vey helpful.The rooms were super clean and vey spacious. The breakfast was below standard. It was continental breakfast. For it to be 4 star hotel, I just thought the breakfast should have been great as well. But then agan, we were coming from Venice were the hotel we stayed at the Boscolo Dei Dogi Hotel....... there is no comparison between the two. If you ever go to Venice, stay at this hotel and you wouldn't be disappointed!!!

The first room was unacceptable.. musty and a view of a brick wall.. They moved us to a nicer room that was livable for us. They tried to stick us with a 75 Euro bill at the end for room service we did not order. The lady at the desk was very insistant that I had ordered the champagne and fruit basket. Plus they charged us twice for 2 glasses of wine..We finally got it taken off our bill, but we were amazed at how they thought we were lying. Of course, they had no signed receipts for those charges..The breakfasts were very good and all in all it was a great location! You just have to watch very carefully!!
