"Comfortable, modern hotel"
I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The rooms are air conditioned, quiet and very comfortable. The service was good though I didn't challenge them with any special requests. The included breakfast buffet is fabulous! There are at least 6 different fresh fruit juice fountains and of coarse, lots of fresh fruit, breads, cold cuts. mini eggs benidict, custom omelets and a couple of asian dishes. This same restaurant serves excellent food at night with live but quiet music. It has a good location, 2 city block from the sky train and Emporium (upscale shopping mall). The laundry is expensive so use the local cleaners across the street. I never used the gym or pool but they look fine. Internet access located in the lobby for a fee. I didn't bring my computer so I used theirs. Advertises wi-fi. I would stay here again.

"Excellent Hotel"
On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very pleasant with great views, this is our second trip to Bangkok and this hotel is much nicer than the Grand China princess that we stayed in previously, the hotel got us a taxi everytime we went out and the fare was very cheap and not far at all into the centre, be very careful getting taxis back some drivers try to persuade you to go to a restaurant so they get rewarded with fuel vouchers, just get out and flag another taxi, we have travelled to many places and stayed in loads of hotels some opulent some not but we were more than satisfied with our stay here and would recommend to others and certainly stay here again if we return to Bangkok

"Good Hotel for relaxing!"
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights from 10/8/2007 to 14/8/2007. We arrived at 11:30 in the morning and the staffs were very helpful, they let us check in immediately and offered us three rooms on the same floor without kept us waiting at the reception. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bathrooms were OK. The place for breakfast was very quiet and the food was fabulous. The changed some of the food items every day so you would not feel boring. When we went out at night, the bell boy asked us our destination. It made us feel warm and safe for staying in that hotel. We also like the swimming pool very much because it was quite big compared with other hotels in Bangkok city. It is good to stay here if you don't mind walking ten minutes to the BTS station.

"Great Staff and Hotel"
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during an end to our stay in Thailand. A mix up with our booking (not the hotels fault) meant we were put in a superior room (which is perfect for the simple or single traveller) It was a good, clean room though slightly small. After a trip down to reception we were given a deluxe room with no hassles and all within 15mins of arriving. The deluxe room is exactly as the pictures display and was fantastic to come home to after tiresome days out. The staff here were fantastic and most spoke basic english - the reception always knew what you were saying. The cleaners were lovely and always cheery. Doors were always opened, bags were always carried. Even one night when it was raining the doorman came over to our cab and opened our doors with umbrellas awaiting us. The night manager ( a man) was extremely helpful in making our stay great and always went out of his way to help in any way shape or form. Breakfast was varied and presented beautifully. It is a really nice restaurant as it is like sitting in a glasshouse and very bright in the mornings. The location is okay too, with the skytrain around the corner, though to get to Siam (the big shopping district) it was only 40 or 50 baht by taxi anyway. I reccomend this hotel as you get what you pay for and its kept lovely and clean.
