After booking a 2-week stay I noticed some not so flattering reviews. Consulting with the manager he assured me any problems were taken care of. Upon arriving I was graciously greeted and in fact given an upgraded suite. The suite was large and clean with many amenities All of the staff were helpful, kind and very gracious with friendly smiles I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends Thank-You,

"The staff at the grand president are fantastic!"
I have stayed at the grand president several times over the last 5 years as it is reasonably priced and close to everything i need in Bangkok. This time my husband had surgery in a nearby hospital and had to stay in the room for 7 days. The staff were so good to him. They helped me take his breakfast to our room and organised for it to be delivered after I had left. The room is spacious and clean with a good DVD player and good in house movies. The staff were helpful to me for directions to pharmacy's and shopping areas (for myself). A good breakfast selection and room service menu.

The hotel is split up into two towers with two pools, a great workout facility, and a good restaurant in its’ very own Café 11.The staff was also very nice and always answered and question with a smile. I thought the rooms were comfortable and most importantly: clean! The hotel was also very convenient for my brother and I. One can take the Sky Bus stop Nana to the big shopping, entertainment and plaza district (e.g. Siam Paragon, Gaysorn, Amarin Plaza, Central World and even the Hard Rock café is close by). I feud that if one comes for the entertainment and shopping, this area was the best place for it. For me, besides the quality of the hotel, its’ location is also important too. The Grand Presidential turned out to be central and easy to commute from. I’d recommend a stay for anyone.
