This apartment hotel is centrally located in Playa del Ingles, around 700 m from the nearest beach. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs as well as the shopping centre 'Aguila Roja' are located in the hotels immediate vicinity. A link to the public transport network lies around 300m from the hotel.

This hotel was completely renovated in the year 2001 and comprises 324 apartments with a total of 8 floors. The large lobby area of the hotel offers its guests a 24-hour reception and 2 lifts. Additionally, the hotel offers its guests a cafe, a bar, a disco-pub, an open-air nightclub as well as a restaurant with non-smoking area. Guests may also make use of the room and laundry services available here, as well as Internet access. Car parking facilities are also available.
