This bungalow complex is situated on a small hill, around 500 m away from the sandy beach and about 2 km from the Playa del Ingles. San Augustin shopping centre is 800 m away and public transport departs from stops located just 250 m away.

This recently renovated holiday complex features a range of services making guests feel as comfortable as possible. The complex includes a total of 118 studios as well as 154 bungalows with one bedroom and 20 with 2 bedrooms, all of them with 2 stores. Amongst the hotel's facilities count an excellent buffet restaurant, a pool bar as well as a saloon with satellite TV and Internet access. In addition, there is a small supermarket and a games room, as well as a kids club and playground for younger guests.
